Ricoh Americas Inks 200,000-SF Deal in Nashville

Digital Office Equipment Supplier Signs for 10 Years at Nashville Business Center II

Ricoh Americas Corp. signed a 200,000-square-foot, 10-year lease at 3444 Briley Park Blvd. in Nashville.

Built in 2005, the 504,612-square-foot facility is in the Nashville Business Center, a two-building industrial park totaling 696,679 square feet.

Ricoh Americas Corp. was established in 1962, and is a leading provider of digital office equipment. The company also has three wholly owned subsidiaries that are OEM distributors of Ricoh products.

This deal will allow Ricoh Americas Corp. to consolidate two of its existing out-of-state parts distribution operations in Nashville.

Martin Meyer of ProVenture represented the landlord, Duke Realty Corp. Don Kent and Clinton Gilbreath of CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal on behalf of the tenant.
