H3GM Announces Move to AT&T Building
Law firm will take two floors in the spring

Harwell Howard Hyne Gabbert & Manner will move to the AT&T Building next spring, the firm announced Monday.

H3GM will move from the Regions Center three blocks up the hill and has signed "a long-term lease" for the 14th and 15th floors at the iconic skyscraper at 333 Commerce St. The two floors total 26,500 square feet. H3GM will be the first non-AT&T long-term tenant at the so-called Batman Building.

"As we were considering our long-term leasing options we became aware that the AT&T Building, Nashville's most recognizable and iconic Class A office building, might be available for the first time to other long-term tenants," said Mark Manner, managing shareholder at the firm. "Historically it has been used only by AT&T and as temporary space for large corporate tenants entering the Nashville market. We felt it was a great opportunity for H3GM to take the lead in becoming the first tenant outside AT&T to sign a long-term lease at the building."

John Keller and Rick Helton, at ProVenture Commercial Real Estate, represented H3GM, whic is home to almost 40 attorneys. Melissa Bush, Buck Haltiwanger and Billy Lyell of Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone represented 333 Commerce Street.
