Sprint Logistics moves to Cockrill Bend

Sprint Logistics, a subsidiary of Nashville-based trucking company Volunteer Express, Inc., has signed a lease for 70,000 square feet of industrial space in the Cockrill Bend area.

Sprint Logistics had been working out of a warehouse on 63rd Avenue, but Genesco, the company's landlord, asked them to be out by the end of June. The company then found space in a 300,000-square-foot building at 7355 Cockrill Bend Industrial Boulevard.

The lease is for five years.

Sprint Logistics was represented by Ben McKnight and Mike Russell, both with local brokerage Horrell Company.

Randy Wolcott, of ProVenture Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord, Nashville NI Industrial LLC.
